Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa, Punta Cana

Our stay was fantastic, truly a memorable experience! The hotel is beautiful, with an exceptional staff that made us feel special throughout our vacation. Our butler, Elias, was a standout, providing personalized service that made everything easier. The only downside was that while the pools were enjoyable, they could use a bit more entertainment to enhance the atmosphere.

We had a lovely time at the resort with beautiful pools and nearby beach access. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but there were issues with service, especially in terms of wait times at restaurants and communication. Overall, it provided a great family-friendly experience, though a few things could use improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the resort. On the positive side, the pools are great and the staff members are genuinely friendly and attentive. However, I was really disappointed by the food options, particularly at the buffet which often ran out during peak times. Overall, the place is clean and has a lovely atmosphere, but the dining experience definitely needs improvement.

We had an unforgettable stay at Now Onyx Punta Cana while celebrating our wedding. From incredible service, especially from our butler Ramon, to the well-kept grounds and fantastic food options, it truly exceeded our expectations. The pools and beachfront were beautiful, but a few dining experiences could have been more organized during peak times.
